As a project engineer for building technology (w/m/d) in the field of grid integration at Hitachi Energy Germany AG, you are responsible for designing and planning the complete systems of technical building equipment. You develop solutions with customers and internal and external partners and implement them in international project teams. You take part in works and take responsibility for the budgets and dates of your trades. The tasks are essentially in the field of network stability and power transmission of the German power grid. As a project engineer for building technology (w/m/d), you are part of the building management team. Creation of concepts, offers and request documents in the field of technical building equipment according to the three pillars: Planning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning fire extinguishing systems, fire protection, fire alarm systems Lighting, electrical installation, access control and monitoring Responsibility of the works in projects including Budget and appointment responsibility Contract, coordinate and control of external planners and specialist planners as well as external suppliers for the plants from the offer to the final acceptance at the construction site Integration of the structures into the overall project, interface management, planning and integration via BIM Meetings and coordination with customers, partners and construction site Implementation of factory and construction site removal with customers and suppliers Continuous training in the fields of new technologies Monitoring and cooperation of planning from basic assessment to execution planning Examination of planning on feasibility and optimization Technical support for order acquisition and offer skalkulation

Complete study of supply technology, construction, electrical engineering, building technology or comparable Knowledge and experience in technical building equipment in one of the three main areas Good technical understanding and high commitment High communication capability German and English fluent Safe handling in the IT environment (e.g. Revit, BIM) Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Structured and result-oriented operation
