Apprenticeship as an office management assistant with a focus on accounting (m/f/d)

You will get to know various commercial departments and activities, with the focus of training being on financial accounting. You support the disciplines in the execution of day-to-day business as well as the general office organisation, including in the field of financial accounting, including the accounting of creditors and debitors, electronic payment transactions, bank accounts and travel expenses, and help in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS. You get to know various communication and IT systems and communicate independently with internal and external customers interfaces. During the course of the training, You take on projects of their own responsibility, including the organization of different days of action or training fairs, kitalabor days, etc.

You have a good middle school degree, a degree of a professional school, the higher level of trade school or (special) abitur. You have ideally already been able to gain first practical experience in the commercial sector, for example through an internship. You are convinced by your organizational capabilities, your quick understanding and your affinity for numbers and IT systems. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
