You take the holistic overall responsibility for one or more consumer health care brands with a focus on growth and report directly to the Marketing Team Lead You continuously identify new growth areas to advance brand vision through positioning, innovation and new target groups across all channels You develop and present strategic marketing plans for the sustainable development of the brand You design, develop and implement consumer-centric portfolio and communication strategies You are responsible for the P&L management of your brand(s) and continuously optimize the economic performance of the brand You plan budget and sales and monitor stocks as well as ranges as well as independent advertising effort planning and control You continuously analyze competition and conduct strategic and operational measures You carry out market research projects and work closely with market research to win relevant insights You control cross-functional projects with all relevant stakeholders and regularly present results before internal and external bodies You conduct professional & disciplinary work students & interns

You bring a successfully completed degree with focus on marketing and at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a FMCG company You have already managed your own brand over a longer period of time and have experience in positioning and strategic brand management and have very good experience in the end-to-end value-added chain You own cross-channel marketing expertise, including eCommerce You master the 360° marketing mix including digital marketing and will not be tired of questioning the status quo You have experience in developing business cases and work with a clear ROI mintset You use your strong analytical skills to gain consumer, commercial and business insights and develop innovative solutions You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and have very good cross-functional project management skills You bring proven experience in independent P&L management and optimization You underline your enthusiasm with a strong communication and presentation skills Very good MS Office skills and fluent German and English skills complete your profile
