About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. Together with your team from specialist experts, you strategically design the technical measures of current and future construction projects. In a special position of trust, you are responsible for the engineering of the construction management of our nationwide rehabilitation centers and provide coordinated and pragmatic solutions. Your tasks focus on: Technical and disciplinary leadership: The team will lead around 25 experts from the fields of electrical and supply technology through the specification of clear priorities and a framework for the independent implementation of constructive, holistic and project-oriented solutions. Responsibility, decision-making and development: meeting expertly informed decisions at the highest level with the measures you and your team are responsible for, and developing guidelines and standards for a holistic technical strategy of the Reha centres, which seamlessly integrates into the overall building strategy. Perspective switching and moderation: presenting and communicating perspectives as well as moderating target conflicts in the context of our projects towards the project management as well as other internal and external stakeholders. Due to occasional and occasional visits to the nationwide rehabilitation centers, the activity is linked to short, well-planable missions.

You are a solution-oriented and determined leader with a high level of expertise. You will always focus on pragmatic solutions for project success and you will understand how to bring them into a dynamic and complex environment. In addition, you have: A successfully completed scientific higher education: Akademischer Grad Master / Diplom Uni in the field of electrical engineering or a completed university education (academic degree: Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the field of electrical engineering in conjunction with proven activities that correspond to the skills and experiences of the required scientific higher education. Long-term construction project experience: at least 5 years of experience in the context of large construction or comprehensive modernization projects, with reference to medical facilities or accommodation facilities. Multiannual leadership experience and moderation expertise: At least two years of experience in technical and disciplinary management, experience in the leadership of experts are of advantage. Likewise, you have the ability to moderate interdisciplinary exchange target-oriented. holistic and strategic perspective: You see themselves as a link between the management and expert level and create a culture of outcome-oriented exchange for the overall project success. Technical breadth and readiness to learn: You bring a solid foundation of professional know-how to the team as well as to the projects you are looking for and can quickly develop professionally unknown topics.
