Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d)

Direct support of the management in the operative sales day business Preparation, analysis and evaluation of sales-relevant key figures (especially with Excel) Creation of reports, forecasts, presentations and decision bases Organization and coordination of sales meetings Support and follow-up of sales meetings incl. Minutes Interface management between management, sales management, internal and external services Support for special projects in the sales environment Self-administering administrative and organisational tasks

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a comparable position – ideally in the near-distribution environment Very good MS-Excel knowledge and high affinity for digital tools and systems Analytical thinkability and understanding for distributive relationships Embossed loadability and resilience – also in high dynamic phases Flexibility and willingness to work outside classic office hours (e.g. in the evening or occasionally on weekends) High autonomy, structure and solution-oriented work discretion, loyalty and a sovereign occurrence Joy in an environment where decisions are made quickly and priorities can change at short notice
