What awaits you:

• You analyze as Account Manager (m/w/d) after a comprehensive onboarding existing customers requirements and develop customer-related solution concepts based on a holistic communication strategy (in: Cloud, Security, AI, Software as a Service, Fixed Network, Mobile).
• You are responsible for the sales and target achievement in your assigned sales area.
• You are responsible for ensuring a high presence, effective care and binding of clients to Vodafone in the respective area.
• You ask the right questions to identify the challenge and needs of the customer and develop an individual solution concept for the customer on this basis and exploit the existing customer potential. You also reduce the churn rate.
• You are structuring and managing sales projects and working closely with your specialist team to advance the digital transformation of customers.
• You receive an attractive remuneration with commissions and a utility car that you can use privately.

What distinguishes you:

• A completed study or commercial training and professional experience in sales or in the IT or Telko industry
• Funded technical knowledge
• Sales-oriented and analytical thinking & acting
• Good ability in time and crisis management
• The ability to understand customer needs, to find creative solutions and to communicate clearly and enthusiastically
• German language skills (C1 to GER)

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
