As an operating division manager (w/m/d), you always have a look at the day business and are the first contact person on site for the customer and for the operative employees in your area. You always have an overview of the different requirements of our customer business and coordinate orders as well as personnel deployment in the team to achieve daytime. You are also responsible for various activities in the camp and their control and optimization, have an eye on the operating key figures and take the moderation in the daily shopfloor rounds. You always pay attention to the proper handling of the technology used and report necessary repairs and problems. Last but not least, you are the interface with the administrative colleagues and are in close exchange.

You have a training in the logistical or commercial field or a completed study, as an alternative, you have already been able to gain some years of professional experience in the logistics field. To do this, you have already been able to gain relevant experience in the management of a team, first knowledge in handling warehouse management programs is desirable. In dealing with the PC and the common office programs, you feel comfortable and very good German skills in word and writing are present with you. You are reliable, strong in communication and you are characterized by your confident and friendly appearance. Supporting us in the 2-layer system is not a problem for you.
