You are the link between planning and implementation – you coordinate, monitor and ensure that everything goes smoothly. Look forward to a variety of tasks, exciting construction projects and a well-established team that moves big together! We support projects in the fields of engineering and water engineering, civil engineering and road construction as well as civil engineering; we will gladly use you according to your experience and area of interest. You have the responsibility for building monitoring after performance phase 8 of the HOAI. You shall ensure the timely and quality-related performance, taking into account the cost distribution and audit. You take over the follow-up and defect management.

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, technicians or a comparable qualification. You are familiar with the relevant technical regulations and the regulations of building contract law as well as VOB, HOAI etc. You are ideally already bringing experience in construction monitoring – but also as a dedicated university graduate (m/w/d) with interest in an activity on site at the construction site you are welcome to us. The current MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) will certainly apply. Ideally, you have first experiences with MS-Project and iTWO. Their mode of operation is independent, structured and solution-oriented. You have German language skills at native language levels. You have a valid class B car driver license – a personal vehicle is provided for private use.
