World of Living GmbH is responsible for the public restaurant HAUSZEIT in the World of Living in addition to the staff restaurant for the WeberHaus staff. We also plan and implement internal and external private and corporate events with passion.

As an event manager (m/w/d) at World of Living GmbH, you are responsible for the active marketing of the event location “World of Living” as well as for the professional planning, organisation and implementation of various event formats. The aim is to acquire and successfully implement events from private parties to large corporate events. In detail, you can expect the following tasks: Sales duties Active marketing of the World of Living event areas New customer acquisition for events, both from private and business customers Development of individual event concepts for customer acquisition Construction and maintenance of a resilient customer network Support of inquiries, including supply creation and contract processing, as well as consultation and location visits Market observation and identification of new event formats and trends Event planning and organization Complete preparation, planning, implementation and follow-up of events Organisation of events such as family events, weddings, corporate events, conferences and conferences, in-house events and major events Coordination of internal interfaces and external service providers (catring, technology, decoration etc.) Creation of schedules, timings and budget overviews, as well as ensuring a smooth running of events on site Quality control and responsibility for a high-quality guest experience

Completed training or studies in event management, event management, hotel or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in event area desirable Representative sales affinity and communication strength Organizational and structured and independent working methods Strong customer and service orientation as well as creativity and feel for trends in the event area Flexibility and willingness to attend weekend and evening events Safe, convincing and friendly appearance and negotiation skills Stress resistance and problem-solving competence Team skills and hands-on mentality
