Own-responsible implementation of the pay bill in DATEV Maintenance and administration of the time recording system Responsibility for reporting, reporting and certification Organisation and management of personnel records Administrative organisation of applicant management settlement of entrances, changes in pay and exits

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in human resources, ideally focusing on pay billing Knowledge of DATEV and experience in time recording are advantageous Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs High discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data
