Intern/Working Student Potential Planning Strategic Fiber Optic Expansion (m/w/d)

OXG Glas GmbH is a joint venture of Altice and Vodafone.

We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

You support the control of the end-to-end selection process for the glass fiber areas You evaluate development areas qualitatively and quantitatively based on strategic, technical and commercial aspects as well as KPIs You have the opportunity to work with internal & external stakeholders, such as sales, deployment, real estate, technology and finance You actively shape the continuous improvement of the selection process by driving concrete optimizations of the systems & tools involved (in particular GIS tool analyses, automated data delivery, new analysis views) Some of them are new to you? You are currently immatriculated or in a GAP-Year You study Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable (technical) discipline You are committed, open and willing to join a start-up You have strong communication skills, bring a high degree of self-sufficiency with you, and you want to take on first responsibility and bring you in proactively with your ideas You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint, and you have interest or experience in dealing with various IT tools (GIS tool, reporting tools, Excel incl. Macros) You speak German (C1) and English (B2) Ideally, you will apply one to three months in advance.
