IT-Servicetechniker - Onsite Support (m/w/d)

Your diverse task:

• Accept and collect incoming requests by phone and email in our Helpdesk system
• Dealing with tickets remotely and locally
• Client-side software installation and configuration
• Reconstruction and delivery of PCs, laptops, printers and mobile phones
• Coordination and implementation of IT-side department relocations
• Competent support of users
• Participation in IT projects
• Maintenance and updating of master data
• Management of hardware and consumables storage and procurement of new materials
• Support in managing and monitoring our software licenses

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training/retraining in a technical profession, ideally as a specialist in system integration or comparable knowledge in practice
• Multiannual professional experience in 2nd-level and on-site support
• High customer and service orientation
• Joy of independent work
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
