Leadership & Coaching: You conduct a dedicated field service team from all over Austria. As a coach, mentor and motivator, you continuously develop your team – personal and professional Responsibility for sales & customers: You are responsible for sales for all your teams' accounts – from key account to local customers Market strategy: You carry out sound market and competition analyses, take measures and implement successful sales strategies Project management: You are actively involved in controlling and supporting large projects – always with the view for the big whole Interface & Sparringspartner: You are a link between external service, operational management and work with international customers Quality development: You advance the strategic development of our account organization and processes

Multiannual experience as sales manager or in comparable leadership, ideally in the rental, construction or service industry Successfully completed commercial training or study Detectional experience in managing sales teams, including sales and earnings responsibility Coaching and/or management training is a plus High level of entrepreneurial thinking, target orientation and hands-on mentality Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and empathy English language skills readiness to travel within Austria & driving licence Class B
