Praktikant Personalentwicklung (m/w/d) Internship, 4 to 6 months, Wiesloch bei Heidelberg, Development & Design, MLP Finanzberatung SE, to occupy from 15.07.2026

The Development & Design area is part of MLP Corporate University and is responsible for the content of new training and further training courses, the planning of events and the information and knowledge management at MLP.

Are you passionate about the conception and design of e-learning courses and learning videos, are you interested in learning strategies and skills development in adult education? We offer you the appropriate free space for independent work within an open communication and corporate culture. In addition, a motivated and open team will support you at any time professionally and promote the expansion of soft skills as part of your work programme.

Content Creation: You're the first e-learning courses with different author tools and develop digital learning opportunities

Video production: You produce learning videos and professionally implement audio and video editing

Concept: You structure training content and develop rough concepts as well as scripts for eLearning modules

Project work: You participate in the development and implementation of strategic projects and introduce your own ideas

Personal development: You benefit from continuous support and regular reflection talks to promote your professional and personal development

Networking: You expand your professional network by sharing with executives, experts and other relevant contacts

Education: You have advanced or completed studies in the field of economic or media education, eLearning, media education, (economic)psychology or a comparable course of study Video experience: You have ideally already gained first practical experience in the design and creation of eLearning courses (e.g. with Articulate Storyline or Knowledgeworker Create) or in the production of learning videos (e.g. with Vyond, Synthesia, ActivePresenter or Clipchamp) Professional experience: You bring first experiences in personnel development and have good knowledge in dealing with MS Office Working & Personality: You convince with creativity, reliability and a structured and independent way of working
