€2.05 billion in revenue for the total year 2024 For our location in Berlin we are looking for you as Head of DOOH / Acquisition (m/w/d) in full time.

You analyze and evaluate potential locations for digital screens – taking into account visibility, target groups, traffic density and legal requirements You build a strong network and contact real estate owners:inside, project developers:inside and other relevant partners:inside You negotiate rental agreements professionally and make sure that all legal and economic aspects are optimally taken into account You control the entire project sequence – from the first address to the signing of the contract to the successful commissioning of the advertising space You coordinate all participants – from construction companies to architects: inside to authorities to ensure smooth implementation With your ideas you bring digital advertising space to the best locations and drive innovative outdoor advertising

You have a degree in business, geography, real estate or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience in the real estate industry, ideally in the field of project development You know the commercial real estate market and have experience in location analysis as well as in the acquisition of real estate sites You are safe in the contract negotiation and have sound knowledge in real estate and rental law You work routiniert with GIS systems and other relevant software tools for site assessment You speak German and English in word and writing
