The town of Burgwedel is a carrier of a total of 12 daycare facilities. In order to meet our high demands for pedagogical work, we support our facilities, in particular by short distances to specialist advice by domestic and external experts, a pedagogical management as a direct contact person, as well as an experienced specialist for child protection issues. We are currently implementing a concept for the further development of inclusive work in the KiTas. This process is accompanied by training and additional human resources within the facilities. We promote cooperation between our KiTa leaderships through regular, well-structured service meetings and further exchange opportunities.

The grouping takes place according to the respective personal requirements. There is the possibility of increasing the range of hours in the group service with periods of use.

YEARS:

The place shall be 20 hours per week and shall be composed as follows:

• 10.0 hours of educational coordination
• 6.0 hours of training
• 4.0 hours representation in the crib

There is the possibility to increase the range of hours in group service (up to full time - 39h/week).

• Educational coordination:
• Support for Kita management, especially in administrative tasks and in conceptual development
• Advisory work
• Content preparation of service meetings
• Accompanying training courses
• Dismissal of management (organization of service, parental work, administrative activities)
• Activity as a specialist:
• Introducing your own expertise in education
• Support of the team as part of collegial advice
• Initiation of new pedagogical approaches and training
• Binding representation in the crib taking into account binding aspects

IHR PROFIL:

• A completed vocational training as a state-approved educator (d/m/w) with at least 3 years of professional experience

and in addition

• a completed extension or Continuing training as a specialist (d/m/w) in the range of at least 160 hours
