• They are responsible for the technical, legal and optical maintenance and maintenance of the property including all facilities and buildings.

• You act as a contact person for employees of the site and after-contractors.

• Ideally, you have already collected relevant professional experience in a similar position.

• Your profile is rounded off by secure knowledge in MS Office.

• Solution-oriented action, result orientation and rectilinear communication skills are necessary for the successful performance of the activity and are rounded off by enforcing capacity, loadability and flexibility.
