What awaits you:

Strategic and operational responsibility: You develop a risk-oriented audit strategy, set up the annual audit plan and prioritise the audits by corporate risks.

Control and quality assurance: You initiate the audit of business processes, ITsystems and assess the effectiveness of the internal control system. You accompany and coordinate external audits.

Collaboration and Reporting: You are responsible for the audit reports and you may form a hint. Improvement proposals. You work closely with the board, departments and supervisory authorities and report to the Board of Directors and its committees.

Leadership and coaching: You are responsible for the professional and personal leadership of employees and their further development. That's what you bring: Qualification: Degree as a Dipl. -Sparkassen/Bankbetriebswirt/in or a comparable qualification, e.g.

Professional experience: many years of experience in all areas of revision work and several years of leadership experience

Competences: well-founded knowledge of regulatory requirements and ideally to sparks-internal processes, pronounced analytical and strategic skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking

Working method: responsibly, decision-making, communication-strong, empathic
