IT Application Manager (m/f/d)

At our location in Hamburg you have the pleasure of introducing your expertise and strengthening our team. You will perform the following tasks: End-to-end compliance with Leasing Software Leasman including 2nd-level support, user management, monitoring and coordination of external service providers. Advising the departments and key users: inclusion, analysis and translation of technical requirements in technical solutions – including prioritization and coordination. Control of Changes, Releases and Tests according to ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem Management) as well as Creating Test Concepts and Implementation or Coordination of functional tests. Working in IT and transformation projects focusing on digitization, process optimization, interfaces and further development of the client server application. Creation of analyses, evaluations, specialist concepts and training to ensure continuous improvement of processes and data quality and user experience.

Experience in the application management or support of business applications, ideally in the leasing, financial or ERP environment Experience with Linux-based server environments Good knowledge of SQL / PL‐SQL as well as practice in dealing with Oracle databases Understanding client server architectures, e.g. application systems such as Leasman Know-how in handling Jira or similar ticket, workflow or DevOps tools. Understanding modern agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) in software development or in application operation. Analytical, structured thinking and enjoying close cooperation with specialist areas as well as solving complex system and process issues.
