You take over the management of the meetings in the design advisory board and the preparation of the meetings. You represent the design council in the city administration, the bodies and at public events. You will advise builders and builders to develop high-quality projects in urban design, in particular with regard to the sensitive city centre area and taking into account the building material under monumental protection, and to be able to supervise up to the building permit process. In co-management, you will be involved as a technical specialist in building applications, including supplements in the design advisory board construction project, and you will be able to draw up opinions within the framework of external participation. From the work in the design advisory board, you develop city-shaped guidelines, especially in the case of vulnerable quarters, take over public work and promote a dialogue on building culture.

You have a completed university degree (Dipl. Ing. TU/Uni, Master) in the fields of architecture, urban planning, monument protection or a degree as a Dipl. Ing. (FH)/Bachelor Architecture with professional experience as a city builder*in in the construction permit procedure. Ideally, you bring professional experience in building permit procedures, in the field of urban development or urban design, in participation in price courts and in committee work.
