As a specialist liability company (m/w/d), you are the central contact person when it comes to professional regulation of demanding liability damage. You accompany our industrial customers through critical situations, make decisions with scope and actively shape the further development of our damage management. Whether with legal know-how or deep expertise in the insurance industry, your expertise ensures that we also act sovereignly in large-scale damage and set new standards. An employment is preferably possible in Detmold, alternatively also at our locations in Cologne, Düsseldorf or Berlin. Responsible handling and regulation of liability damage in industrial business, including complex and large-volume cases Legal examination and assessment of damages and close cooperation with external lawyers and experts Advice and support of our industrial customers in all questions of damage regulation – from initial registration to completion Analysis and evaluation of damage procedures for deriving prevention and optimization measures Participation in the strategic development of the industrial department in the field of liability and major damage

Training in the insurance sector, with insurance-specific training or legal studies (e.g. economic law, insurance law) Multiannual experience in damage regulation, ideal for industrial or liability Excellent expertise in liability insurance and the ability to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible manner Strong service and performance orientation with the ability to act independently responsible, empathic and customer-oriented Loyalty, team spirit, high performance and a safe and convincing appearance
