Consultant Problem Credit Management (m/f/d)

In problem credit processing, you work with companies and private individuals and ensure the quality and stability of our credit portfolio. You are open to all facets of problem credit management: from risk early recognition to the support of refurbishments to settlement – without having to decide from the outset. You introduce their know-how in individual areas, but are also ready to develop and develop new topics. You go the “Extra Mile” for our customers and the bank by looking for creative solutions and creating #wow-Moments together with the team. You work closely with specialists, consultants, the department manager as well as relevant bodies and actively contribute to the further development of our area.

You have successfully completed a training as a bank merchant, a dual study BWL or a comparable qualification. You bring experiences in credit processing, risk management or corporate and private customers – or are willing to work on these topics. You are communication-strong, empathic and meet people at eye level – even in difficult situations. You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working. You are ready to take responsibility and want to develop personally and professionally. You bring team spirit, commitment and willingness to strengthen the region together with us.
