• Set up crisis and ad hoc communication Creating "Lage Reports" and escalation reports for important stakeholders; Coordinating approvals

• Care and refinement of the plan for change communication Keep milestones, channels, target groups and escalation paths in SharePoint / Azure DevOps up to date

• Creation of newsletters, intranet contributions and email updates Story pitching, scheduling and layout coordination

• Preparation of events Design agendas, set up surveys, find dates, book rooms, organize media/tech support

• Sentiment and risk monitoring

• Implementation of pulse surveys (nets), analysis of feedback, visualization of trends (e.g. in Power BI)

• Coordination of Quick Win Actions Create Mini Guides, FAQ Updates, How-to-Clips and Persecution of Effect

• Support of the Change-Champion Network Briefing of Key Users; Collecting quick feedback on critical deployments

• Organisation of fast cycles for the knowledge gained Facilitation of flash retros after any important result; Publication of action plans

• Rejection and follow-up of measures Maintenance of tasks, deadlines and responsibilities in Jira / Planner; Creation of status reports for the PM / PMO

• Collaboration and logging of protocols for important meetings and persecution of open points

• Research & Best Practice Scan Summary of Current Trends in Change Methods, Remote Engagement and Crisis PR

• Currently intact in a degree course of economic informatics, communication/media science, economics or a related subject

• flowing English skills (in word and writing); English is a plus

• Experience in communication under time pressure, e.g. through student editorial work, event organization, hackathon-PR or crisis communication workshops

• mastery of MS 365 and collaboration tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Forms; Knowledge of Azure DevOps are desirable

• Basic knowledge of project, conflict and stakeholder management

• Basic understanding of change methods and adoption frameworks

• Analytical skills and introductory knowledge in Business Intelligence, including Excel (Pivot tables) and first steps in Power BI

• Stress tolerance and resilience, detected by simultaneous study and secondary jobs, performance sports or voluntary leadership roles

• High level of self-organization and prioritization, familiar with methods such as Kanban or the Eisenhower Matrix

• Embossed communication and presentation skills, including storytelling and clear visualization of complex IT topics

• Availability of 20 hours per week, with the option to increase in peak times

• Team- and service-oriented thinking with empirical handling of specialist departments, providers and project management
