• Editing everyday tasks in the field of HR systems, such as the processing of eAU error lists in the time management with SAP HCM and the application of HR system processes in the team

• Contact person in 1st level support for the Global HR Suite with Success Factors and SAP HCM

• First analysis of tickets and fault reports as well as, if necessary, forwarding to the respective colleagues

• Processing of all individually assigned tasks and checking the progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion

• Processing HR system-related transactions and clarification of requirements with internal and external parties involved

• Precise and timely reporting to the responsible management

• Support for administrative tasks

• Implementation of user consultations and user training

• A completed training in commercial or IT engineering

• Basic knowledge of HR systems and digitalization

• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors desirable

• Communication skills and customer orientation

• Own initiative and joy at work in the team

• Good English knowledge of word and writing

• Safe to use MS Office programs
