Vivantes Service GmbH is responsible for the technical operation of Vivantes Klinika. The control room is the technical centrepiece: it monitors and controls central building facilities, coordinates interference messages and ensures the smooth operation of an entire clinic – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Operation, monitoring and testing of technical equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning and refrigeration) in the control room, clarification of disturbances and technical reporting

Monitoring, acceptance and evaluation of interference messages and initiation of disturbance elimination measures

Operation of the control technology software, technical documentation, control processes, meter reading, key output, acceptance of deliveries and support of external companies

Interpretation of electrotechnical plans, regulation schemes and functional descriptions

troubleshooting on doors and cabinets, including emergency opening after training; Exemption from lifts

Support of the team in 3-shift operation, participation in call readiness (24/7/365 operation)

Completed training as an electrical technicianin, mechatronicsin, plant mechanic*in for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or comparable qualification, possibly also cross entry

Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical building equipment, ideally in a hospital or comparable institution

Good knowledge of the handling of MS-Office and relevant software tools for building control technology

Ready to work in 3-shift operation

Extensive sense of responsibility, independent and structured working and reliable, supportive work in the team

Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
