Quality Manager (m/f/d)

You address quality problems from the field and ensure sustainable solutions with a focus on international suppliers. To do this, organize and conduct quality discussions, escalations and coordinations with internal departments and external suppliers. You make a significant contribution in the warranty process, work together with the team on customer complaint cases and manage the complaint processing with suppliers. In addition, coordinate immediate, corrective and preventive measures to ensure product quality in the field. You control the complaint processing and cost-loading of warranty cases in the SAP system and take over internal and external communication with the participating departments and suppliers. You drive forward the continuous improvement of internal and supplier-side quality and production processes, analyze quality-relevant data and conduct measures. Extensive methods and tools of error and cause analysis (e.g. Ishikawa, 8D) will certainly apply. You carry out internal process audits during assembly to ensure stable, standardised processes and provide the necessary readiness to travel for occasional supplier audits in Europe. You support colleagues from the After Sales with regard to the selection of parts for the return and detection process.

You have completed commercial or technical training as well as specialist additional qualifications and experience in quality management. Secure appearance, high team capability as well as enforcement ability bring you with you. We require good knowledge of English when dealing with international suppliers. You work independently, in a structured and independent manner and are characterized by communication strength, self-discipline and readiness to perform. You formulate technical facts orally and in writing. You can safely control the current MS Office applications and do not have any fears of touch before new software.
