You process in- and external enquiries friendly, clear and solution-oriented – by phone, email or personally. Orders and documents are carefully checked and make sure everything runs smoothly. You have delivery dates in mind and plan tours efficiently – focusing on time, costs and customer satisfaction. You provide data in our systems, initial evaluations and support in reporting. You work closely with warehouses, shipping and other departments. Also with general office tasks, you pack – reliable and flexible.

What we value: A completed commercial training, e.g. as an office or forwarding businessman (m/w/d). Good knowledge of MS Office and a sense of efficient organization. Self-employed and structured working together with team spirit. You communicate safely, stay friendly and solution-oriented even in stressful situations. Additional advantage: First experience in logistics, disposition or office organization. Knowledge of ERP systems or digital tools.
