Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

For our location Großbeeren near Berlin we are looking for you as: Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Total responsibility for the monthly billing of charges, with strict compliance with all labour-contractual, social insurance and tax regulations. Competent contact person for employees and managers in all accounting, pay tax and social insurance issues. Data management: Full collection and maintenance of personnel master files, movement data and careful detection of absenteeism (including checking of wage advance payment). Reporting and correspondence: independent implementation of the reporting and reporting system and active correspondence with offices, authorities and health insurance companies. Reporting & audits: compilation of internal and external reports and evaluations, as well as active participation in wage and social security audits.

Technical basis: Completed training/further training and relevant professional experience in wage and salary accounting, e.g. tax specialist, wage accounting (m/w/d) or comparable. Legal expertise: Funded, up-to-date knowledge of pay tax, social insurance and labour law. System knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office applications. Experience with LOGA/P&I is advantageous. Working: You are characterized by a responsible, careful and reliable way of working. Discretion: High discretion and a strong sense of responsibility in handling sensitive personal data are of course for you. Language: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are absolutely necessary.
