Your tasks include advice and support: You are a contact person for our existing customers and help them with questions about their private health insurance (PKV) - digital and service-oriented service instead of sale: We do not need to purchase new customers. You are working on incoming inquiries and making sure that our customers get the best possible advice and support for their existing contracts. You are helping our customers to check their existing health insurances and to adapt them if necessary - step by step with clear integration & learning: you are introducing your ideas to improve our customer service processes and you can simultaneously develop professional and personal development focus on PKV: You have completed your training in the insurance sector (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finance, Versicherungskaufmann/-frau, Versicherungsfachmann/-frau) Both fit with us - experience after training is welcome, but no requirement customer-oriented & communicative: you like to speak on the phone, stay confident and friendly, even if it becomes hectic curious & motivated: you want to learn, develop and get to know new topics (e.g. digitalization, AI).
