Your tasks:

• Implementation of repair and maintenance work (e.g. sanitary, electrical, painting)
• Monitoring and maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities
• Maintenance of technical equipment and equipment
• Coordination and control of external service providers and craft companies
• Implementation of regular control procedures
• Winter service and care of green areas
• Support for relocations, refurbishment and dismantling
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and security throughout the object

Requirements:

• completed craft training or comparable professional experience
• Good knowledge in several artisanal areas (e.g. electrical, sanitary, woodwork)
• Self-employed, reliable and structured operation
