Our client is a growing participation company based in the Ruhr area, which supports medium-sized companies to develop and remain successful in the long term. Through targeted investments, the company strengthens its investments, helps them to unlock new markets, and actively promotes topics such as digitalization and modern financial processes.

The Finance team consists of more than 10 colleagues in Accounting and Controlling. In the course of an age succession, a number-affected personality is now sought for operational accounting - someone who thinks, understands processes and wants to develop further.

You know about annual accounts and maybe you've got first insights into consolidated financial statements or international accounting? Don't worry - you don't have to be a Super Trooper, but you should bring a good sense of numbers and an understanding of balance sheet relationships.

In addition to classical accounting, you work with the controlling and international subsidiaries. The direct connection to the department management gives you valuable insights into the financial management of a globally established company.

Support for monthly and annual accounts by HGB Implementation of Account Rules and Bookings Intercompany agreements with international subsidiaries Supporting department management in the analysis and processing of financial data for management Cooperation in the optimization of financial processes and digitalization in accounting

Completed study with a focus on accounting/taxing or comparable qualification (e.g. balance sheet book holder, tax specialist) At least three years of professional experience in tax consulting, auditing or accounting of an enterprise Analytical thinking and affinity for financial processes Safe handling of English for international exchange Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision), LucaNet or Digitalization Software (e.g. ELO) is a plus
