Care and advice of our national and international customers as well as handling of telephone and written requests Responsibility for defined C customers, secure the inventory business and expand our business by taking over new projects / customer acquisition Development and maintenance of personal customer relationship Responsibility for order management, i.e. acceptance, collection and processing of orders and delivery plans, including appointment monitoring Creating price calculations and customer-specific offers as well as offering tracking Creation of monthly forecasts and cooperation in annual sales planning

Professional training or equivalent qualification by acquired professional experience (> 5 years in the distribution of a producing company) or further training Structured, independent and accurate working with high commitment, performance motivation and targeting Embossed sales, service and customer orientation as well as communication skills Proactive, motivated and empathic personality Fun on teamwork and constructive and collaborative cooperation with the interfaces Very good user knowledge in SAP, MS Office, CRM Flowing German and English skills, further foreign language of advantage
