Is that your mission?

• Personnel recruitment and selection in close cooperation with the respective department

• Responsibility for compensation and care under the collective agreement for utilities

• Advice and support for executives and employees in all personnel issues

• Processing of labour law, collective bargaining and company-specific regulations and questions

• Trustful cooperation with the works council

• Moderation of employee talks (e.g. as part of the company integration management (BEM))

• Cooperation in projects, e.g. in the course of the HR Digitalization Strategy

• Central coordination of job descriptions

What you bring:

• Complete business studies with a focus on staff or comparable

• Multiannual professional experience in human resources

• Experience in cooperation with works councils

• Comprehensive knowledge of labour law

• High IT affinity and interest in digital HR processes

• Independent and independent action

• Quality awareness and reliability

• Customer and service orientation

• Very good communication and team skills
