The “Commercial Credits and Funding Business” area is responsible for the project-related new and further development of commercial, corporate and promotional credit processes, as well as the applications in the context of sustainability (taxonomy), over the entire life cycle. New development, integration and optimization of existing products, taking into account AI-based improvement potentials, as well as strong innovative strength Development and presentation of concepts, with a focus on innovative solution finding and their cross-departmental coordination Consulting and support of customers, including development of AI-based strategies for customer success Control and implementation of tests, including the further development and optimization of AI-based test automation Implementation of deep data analyses using AI tools and deriving recommendations to support decision-making processes deriving and implementing measures from the analysis of market trends to optimize the customer journey and product strategy Process control and ensuring smooth cooperation between internal and external partners

Successfully completed subject-related studies or comparable training At least six years of professional experience focusing on commercial credit Experience in the integration and optimization of existing products, as well as initial experience with AI-based products Ability to develop and present concepts for cross-departmental requirements Willingness to take responsibility for the design, planning and integration of projects Teamability and strong problem-solving competence in terms of cooperation with different stakeholders
