You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the CAD/BIM‐ (including Autodesk AEC) and GIS applications of the BLB NRW Your tasks include the execution of user-specific adaptations and the preparation for user installations as well as the licensing on servers You work closely with the departments and coordinate IT service providers and software manufacturers incl. the associated contracts In the field of 2nd level support, analyse and solve technical problems and support users in complex issues You work with IT projects for the further development of the graphic systems including Cutting points to systems (including SAP and CAFM) with You organise programme training and, in some cases, perform these independently. You actively contribute to the continuation of the BLB NRW’s CAD and BIM standard Possible locations are Düsseldorf or Aachen

You have successfully completed university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (with a focus on real estate and/or Construction or building) or architecture or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: At least two years of practical or relevant professional experience in the field of CAD/BIM (architecture/ civil engineering) You have practical experience in the administration of CAD systems You control the current Microsoft Office applications and have a high affinity for IT tools You work structured, carefully and independently and have the ability to cross-sectoral and networked thinking and action You are convinced by a very good oral and written expressiveness and possess German knowledge which correspond to at least the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing). Your profile is rounded off by a safe occurrence, communication strength and a pronounced service and customer orientation

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 84.310,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
