Our client is a medium-sized press and punching unit with about 80 employees, which is part of a larger steel group operating throughout Germany. For this company, we are now looking for a leading personality as a team leader tool construction (m/w/d). In this key position, together with a long-term employee, you take responsibility for an approximately ten-member team of experienced professionals and young talents. This position is deliberately designed as a double tip to relieve the current job owner. You are primarily responsible for the operational business and the management of personnel in this exercise. A standing personality is sought, which feels at home in toolmaking and understands how to use employees on the basis of their strengths.
