They independently develop big data architectures/data pipelines and realize complex ETL processes with the help of tools such as Talend and Snowflake. This makes you an important contribution to digitalization at Duravit. They integrate product data from different sources into our Data Warehouse and provide sophisticated APIs and system concepts for efficient and flexible data delivery. They ensure high performance, scalability and data integrity in cloud-based data warehouses. The continuous backup and optimization of data quality as well as the management and further development of the system landscape (internal/external) are also within your responsibility. They control external service providers, shape the product data strategy at Duravit and drive the automation and the expansion of our data architecture decisively.

Completed studies in data engineering, software development or otherwise comparable qualification Experience with ETL tools and big data frameworks for data integration and orchestration such as Talend Studio, dbt, Snowflake, Airbyte Safe handling of APIs and knowledge in CI/CD processes (e.g. via GitHub Actions) Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, SQL and Python Experience in handling relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, Elasticsearch) Great affinity for data, as well as interest in the further development of data engineering and our cloud infrastructure with high learning readiness and problem-solving mentality Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a good understanding of processes in product data management expressed communication strength and joy in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders; good knowledge of German and English
