Support of the team in the daily business Support in 1st Level Support (SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA) Implementation of simple analyses Maintenance of IT documentation and SharePoint pages Participation in system tests and smaller IT projects Preparation of training documents and ticket processing (Solman) Internal communication with other departments and interface partners (m/w/d) within the company
