These are your tasks Construction finance: You acquire new customers:inside and maintain existing customers:inside around the topic of construction financing Customer responsibility: From initial consultation to prolongation, our private customers advise you:in selected Filial & PrivateBanking areas in the Oberhavel district Cooperation: In close cooperation with our private customer advisors, you can identify potentials and provide support to the customers: brokerage: You win and maintain local credit intermediaries as a primary interface Credit competence: As a building finance expert, you decide on the credit allocation within the framework of the credit competence granted

We wish A completed training as a bank clerk Banker or equivalent study At least two years of professional experience in banking First knowledge and professional experience in building financing consulting are desirable Embossed sales and service orientation Own car and a high working time flexibility to be able to optimally advise our customers German language skills (C2 level)

You can expect from us An annual salary between 51,000 - 77,000 Euro (TVöD-S, max. 9b) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience and qualification 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
