In this position, you take responsibility for managing the group in the Real Estate Funds Administration department at the Hamburg location. In this unit, the main focus is on the determination of the share value, the investment accounting and the investment accounting for open and closed real estate investment assets. In your position as a group leader*in, the following tasks await you: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Quality assurance of operational application processes and continuous development in the sense of a continuous improvement process Ensuring the timely determination and delivery of data relevant to the reporting Strategic and conceptual development of the organizational and processal structures of the direct responsibility area Identification and implementation of new regulatory requirements Coordination of group-related core activities, special tasks and projects Service-oriented consulting and support of internal and external interface partners Superior votes with auditors and depositaries Further development and strengthening-oriented promotion of team members

You fit us and this challenging position when you bring the following: Successfully completed studies in the field of business management or a similar field Multiannual experience and deeper knowledge along regulatory requirements, accounting rules and administrative value chain of open and closed real estate funds, ideally in the SAP environment Professional and at best first disciplinary leadership experience Strong decision-making and networked, entrepreneurial thinking as well as the willingness to change processes and a high dynamic Excellent experience in classic, agile and hybrid working methods, ideally paired with a strong expertise in project management Strong aim to continuously develop and actively share knowledge with others High level of customer orientation, communication strength and enforcement capability, coupled with diplomatic skills A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
