Your tasks: You lead the team of the company customer consulting in a result-oriented and value-oriented manner. You ensure the holistic and demand-oriented consulting and support of the customers of your sales unit and take over the targeted new customer acquisition. You are responsible for the thematic transfer of customers to the respective special units. You develop new activities and develop existing measures for market development (e.g. contact management to network partners, public relations). You are credits according to the competence plan. You are responsible for the critical inventory analysis, inventory monitoring and early identification of credit risks.
