Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full time at the Dresden location | from 01.06.2026 | limited to 1 year with option to takeover

Order processing: You take over the complete processing of customer orders – from order confirmation to correct collection and maintenance in the ERP system (e.g. SAP). Support for new customer implementations: In the Backoffice you actively accompany the introduction of new customer solutions. You work closely with the customer advisors and make sure that all processes are implemented efficiently. Contact person for external services and service drivers: You are the competent interface for our customer service as well as our service drivers and support all organizational and administrative questions. Advertising management: You capture, edit and monitor complaints carefully in the CIA. Customer retention and recovery: You use your communication strength in a targeted manner to avoid notices and actively recover cancelled customers.
