Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Main location: Tierpark Berlin in part-time (30h) - cross entry possible!

Around 1.5 million small and large guests visit the Tierpark Berlin each year. Full of anticipation You flow to the cash registers or the inlet. As a shift management, you can ensure the smooth running at the entrance and at the ticket offices in the Tierpark Berlin – even on weekends and holidays.

You , together with the supervisor, lead the teams of cashiers and admission and work in new employees. support the creation of service plans for the employees. ensure that the Kassen software is optimally maintained and support as users*in their further development. control and monitor the service provider in the field of cash registers and admission control. work closely with the system administrator of the cash register system. provide changeover money for all cash registers and ensure that all required work materials are available in sufficient quantity and quality (e.g. tickets, annual ticket blanks, credit rolls). Control and monitoring of the inlet processes in the Tierpark Berlin Ensuring transparent payment transactions at all cash registers (e.g. daily bills, document and count funds) maintain key figures, statistics and daily reports.

You have a good organizational and leadership talent. Thanks to your safe, friendly appearance, you have natural authority and enforcement capability. You also analyze and resolve any conflicts. With your communicative nature and pleasure in the service you are a model in your area. All in all, you are strong in maintaining the quality of services in your area of responsibility.
