To enable 100,000 users to log in every day, we are constantly developing the social intranet – that is, the platform. This includes not only the operation and software development, but also a well-thought-out communication strategy, brand design and market and user research activities. What do you think you're doing our team? Your tasks: Development and implementation of design concepts for the social intranet Ensuring a consistent and appealing visual appearance Support for internal communication in the social intranet Cooperation on social intranet projects Brand Design Support Quality assurance: Conduct regular tests and reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of the social intranet Updating Social Intranet Content Analysis and Application of UX metrics Design Frontline Experience for the Social Intranet: Development of user-friendly and appealing frontline experiences Enabling: Viewing and updating documents Creation of Enabling documents Development and introduction of innovative ideas Working on the sharpening of the product strategy insights and active participation in the DevOps team

You are currently studying Media Information/Visual Communication, Marketing, Media Communication Management, Communication Management, Design, UX/UI or in a similar environment You can penetrate difficult content and make it appealing You can safely move within the scope of design specifications (Corporate Design) You have good communication and team skills An independent way of working belongs to you You have a quick understanding and work in solution-oriented Very good English and German skills complete your profile Interest in Corporate Communication and Brand Design Enthusiasm for user experience and user interface design Analytical skills and an eye for details Creativity and innovation We offer: Exciting insights into the work of a DevOps team Various tasks and projects A dynamic and motivated team The opportunity to introduce and implement your own ideas insights into product strategy and innovation processes Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
