• Monitor and service machinery and equipment to ensure a smooth production process.
• Contribute to quality control by checking the production process and the final products.
• Actively assists in the optimization of workflows and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conducts easy maintenance and cleaning work on the machines.

We are looking for

For the position as a manufacturing worker (m/w/d), you need engagement, reliability and the willingness to work in a shift operation. Professional experience is not absolutely necessary, but you bring the ambition to work quickly.

• First experience as a production worker (m/w/d) or in similar areas is advantageous, but no requirement.
• Technical understanding and the ability to operate and monitor machines.
• Self-working and team skills.
• willingness to work in a 3-shift system (spring, late and night shift).
• Physical loadability and flexibility.
