IT Security Administrator (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively help protect IT systems from cyber attacks and reliably operate modern security services? Then a varied position awaits you in a professional security operations team. In this role, you take responsibility for security monitoring, vulnerability and patch management as well as the support of modern endpoint and backup solutions.

Monitoring and processing of security messages and alarms at Security Operations Center (SOC) Analysis, Evaluation and Priority of Security Incidents Processing, documentation and tracking of security-relevant tickets Implementation of First and Second Level Security Monitoring Incident Response Support and Escalation Processes Administration and monitoring of Microsoft Intune, Sophos Endpoint Security and other security solutions Implementation and follow-up of vulnerability management Planning, control and control of patch management measures Operation, monitoring and testing of backup and recovery solutions Creation of documentation, reports and recommendations for action Continuous optimization and further development of security services

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of computer science, IT or cyber security First or multi-year professional experience in IT security, system administration or security operations Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networks and IT infrastructures Experience in handling endpoint security, patch management or vulnerability management solutions Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Sophos or comparable security products Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High sense of responsibility and careful handling of safety-critical topics Team skills, communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Ready to continue professional training in cyber security
