Complaints & Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Edit warranty & complaint: acceptance, testing and follow-up of warranty cases as well as coordination with suppliers and internal departments for the clarification of quality and complaint topics Keep in mind quality: support in the evaluation and improvement of product and supplier quality as well as cooperation on appropriate evaluation systems Bringing forward projects: cooperation in cross-departmental projects to optimize processes and quality processes Supporting quality processes: helping to maintain, develop and document internal standards and processes Support product and quality topics: support in the testing of documents, participation in product labelling (e.g. CE) and incorporation into legal requirements Coordinate certifications: support in the preparation and preparation of audits and certifications (e.g. ISO) Ensure documentation: maintain relevant documents and ensure compliance with quality standards

Training & Qualification: Complete training in technical or commercial matters Professional experience & expertise: First experiences in dealing with complaints, customer requests or in the technical/commercial (quality) environment are of advantage, but no need IT- & Language Knowledge: Procuring German and good English knowledge and security in dealing with Microsoft applications such as Word and PowerPoint Personal competence: joy in structured work and documentation, analytical thinking and communication skills, pragmatic working and interest in operational tasks
