Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Development of 3D/BIM building models for demanding projects
• Creation of position, shell and reinforcement plans
• Active integration into the planning process (Lph 2-5)
• Drawing of crude construction in the field of reinforced concrete
• Support in the digitalization of building

• Working time models between 36-40 hours per week, depending on project use
• Continuing training at our in-house institute, the FERCHAU Academy (e-learnings, trainings and seminars)

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Education as a designer:in (engineering) or construction technician:in (construction) or completed studies in civil engineering
• Knowledge of Nemetschek Allplan desirable
• Enthusiasm for new software and digitalization in construction
• Self-employed and scheduled working in the team
