Total responsibility for the control, prioritization and implementation of complex overall and partial projects for market processing, acquisition and strategic development of existing cooperatives Self-analysis of market, competition and industry developments and the elimination of strategic opportunities, risks and growth potential for the Bancassurance / cooperation business Responsibility for identification, pri­orisation and active control of strategic business oppor­tunities including overarching pipeline and portfolio control Development, evaluation and further development of viable business and cooperation models including Scaling, Implementation and Governance Logic Compilation of stressful strategic recommendations, resolution documents and management presentations for senior management and committee levels Control of complex interface and stakeholder setups with internal departments and external partners and service providers Ensuring the operational effectiveness of strategic initia­tives up to stable operation

Successfully completed university studies of BWL, VWL or comparable courses Long-term professional experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Consulting or Partnership Management with clear and verifiable reference to the insurance industry Detectional ability to develop, operationalise and implement strategic targets Experience in market, competitive and potential analyses and the strategic derivation of growth and cooperation options Evidence in the development, evaluation and scaling of business models including Business-Case- and Business-Plan-Management Strong Ownership Mint Set with Clear Result, Decision and Answer Orientation High sovereignty in dealing with management, executive and external stakeholders in complex decision-making and handling situations EMPLOYMENT IN THE CHAIR: MEPs in the European Parliament Very good communication and presentation skills at all levels No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
