For SB Union Großmarkt GmbH at Gießen we are looking for a Fleischer / Metzger (production and sales) Quereinsteiger (m/w/d).

Your duties

• Customer-oriented: You serve and advise our customers professionally and convince with your friendly appearance.
• Production: You take over the cut and the refinement of meat.
• Disposition: You dispose the goods according to requirements.
• Trade presentation and placement: They create an attractive presentation and placement of our meat and sausage products with creativity.
• Quality assurance: You take responsibility for the cleaning and disinfection work and carry out regular checks on the minimum durability data in compliance with the QM guidelines and the statutory provisions according to HACCP in your area of responsibility.

Your profile

• Education: They ideally have a successfully completed training for the meat, butcher or cook.
• Experience: Ideally, you already have practical experience in the areas of operation, advice, meat processing and disposition. However, we warmly welcome cross-comers who are interested in a new challenge.
• Customer-oriented: They convince by your open communication-strong and helpful appearance.
• Competences: They have fun and joy in handling food as well as a high understanding of quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Engagement: An accurate and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you. They take active action and participate.
• Team skills: You are a team player with high use and willingness to work in shiftwork and also Saturdays.
